1. Can I commission artwork?
Yes! Please see the "Commission" tab for more detailed information on the commission process. Note that I only accept a certain number of commissions per month.
2. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are determined by size, weight and customer location and can be found in the description section for each piece.
3. Does shipping include taxes & customs fees?
For international sales, any taxes, customs duties or fees that may incur in the receiving country are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs authority to learn more about any fees that might incur upon delivery.
4. When will my artwork be shipped?
Shipping times can vary depending on the type of painting or print purchased. An approximate time frame is include in the description section of each piece. You will receive an email notification with tracking once your painting has been shipped.
5. Can I return my artwork?
If you are unhappy with your painting for any reason, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and you may send the artwork back. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the artwork. The artwork must be in the same condition as it arrived and ideally, in its original packaging. If that is not possible, other appropriate and comparable packaging must be used to protect the painting.
So happy to announce that I am now offering simple, interest-free payment plans. Shopify has recently added this feature which takes all the hassle and guess work out of the entire process. To pay in installments, select "ShopPay" at checkout. The total cost of the painting (plus shipping) will be split into 4 payments. You do not have to wait until all installments have been made in order for your painting to ship! You can find the approximate shipping times in the description section of each listing.
