1. Can I commission artwork?
Yes! Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can start the process. Please see the "Commission" tab for more detailed information on the commission process. Please note that I only accept a certain number of commissions per month.
2. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are determined by size, weight and customer location and can be found in the description section for each piece.
3. Does shipping include taxes & customs fees?
For international sales, any taxes, customs duties or fees that may incur in the receiving country are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs authority to learn more about any fees that might incur upon delivery.
4. When will my artwork be shipped?
All paintings will ship within 5-7 business days of your order. You will receive an email notification with tracking once your painting has been shipped.
5. How long will it take for my artwork to arrive?
Artwork shipped within the US and Canada should arrive within 5-7 business days. International orders may take a little longer ( 5-15 business days).
6. Can I return my artwork?
If you are unhappy with your painting for any reason, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and you may send the artwork back. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the artwork. The artwork must be in the same condition as it arrived and ideally, in its original packaging. If that is not possible, other appropriate and comparable packaging must be used to protect the painting.
For damaged artwork: Please send a photo of the damage so that I can learn more about what went wrong. You will be fully refunded if such an event occurs.
