1. Can I commission artwork?
Yes! Please see the "Commission" tab for more detailed information on the commission process. Note that I only accept a certain number of commissions per month.
2. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are determined by size, weight and customer location. The cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout. Once the painting arrives in the receiving country, additional duties, taxes or fees may incur. The customer is responsible for paying fees should there be any. You can contact your local customs authority to learn more about this. The painting will come safely packaged and in a cardboard box.
3. Does shipping include taxes & customs fees?
For international sales, any taxes, customs duties or fees that may incur in the receiving country are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs authority to learn more about any fees that might incur upon delivery.
4. When will my artwork be shipped?
Shipping times can vary depending on the type of painting or print purchased. An approximate time frame is include in the description section of each piece. You will receive an email notification with tracking once your painting has been shipped.
5. Can I return my artwork?
All sales are final. I am not responsible for damage inflicted in transit. I will go above and beyond to ensure that your painting is safely packaged and able to withstand rough handling. If you have questions about this, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I am now offering payment plans at checkout. Shopify has recently added this feature which takes all the hassle and guesswork out of the entire process. To pay in installments, select "ShopPay" at checkout. The total cost of the painting (plus shipping and tax) will be split into 4 payments. You do not have to wait until all installments have been made in order for your painting to ship!
